    Due to the vast number of changes made every year we are no longer able to show Secretaries Home addresses all future details will be " Secretary c/o of the Club"
Only on special circumstances will we show the address of a Secretary i.e.: No post box at club / club premises closed for winter or vandals if this is the case then the individual whose details are entered below must also sign below and agree to the use of his/her details in this way.If you do not send this form we will only show the Club address and telephone number.
                        ( This is a requirement to conform to the Data Protection Act )
